RATES

• Sleeps 4
• $150 US May 1 to Dec 14 plus tax – 2 adults
• $175 US Dec 15 - April 30 plus tax - 2 adults
• $10 US per night for each additional adult (children over 13 are considered adults)
• 11.42% Hawaii State Tax will be added
• 7 night minimum stay required
• 10% discount given for stays of 28 days or longer
• Deposit of 20% due at time of reservation
• Balance due 60 days prior to arrival date

• Check-in at 3 p.m. – check-out at 11 a.m.

CANCELLATIONS

• Prior to balance due date – deposit less $25 administration fee
• After balance due date – sorry no refunds
